Description
The Senior Business Systems Analysis Professional is accountable for designing, developing, and deploying product launches. They will define the critical business requirements and processes needed to ensure successful launches collaborating with internal and external stakeholders while supporting multiple products across different phases of the product lifecycle. They will play a critical role in ensuring the long term success of transitioning mature products into Humana’s enterprise clinical operating model.

Location: work at home anywhere
The Senior Business Analysis Professional, will work closely with Product Managers, Marketing, Operations, and other teams across the enterprise to drive continuous improvement in the product launch processes. This role will develop and manage the product launch pipeline and overall measurement of launch effectiveness and efficiency. They will use tools and methods to create launch scorecards to track deliverables and resource allocation to ensure on time and within budget launches. The Senior Business Analysis Professional role will play a critical part in ensuring that consumer-centric products are marketed, tested, analyzed, and validated so that Product owners can make informed decisions on how the products should be moved forward. This role will require someone who enjoys a fast paced environment with a highly visible portfolio that drives substantial outcomes for our member, providers, and company.
Responsibilities:
Consult internal and external business partners on the tasks and approvals required to launch a pilot or test and learn project
Collaborate as part of the cross-functional team across CPO and the Enterprise on Clinical Product development team to help define and prioritize product deliverables
Identifying barriers in the product launch process and developing solutions that meet internal legal/compliance requirements and increase speed to market
Develop and maintain internal scorecard and process for measuring team success and velocity
Build relationships with enterprise partners to effectively support the transition of mature products into operational processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
5 or more years of analytical experience
Knowledge of product development lifecycle
Experience in problem analysis and process improvement
Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel & PowerPoint
Experience with one of the following programs: Tableau, PowerBI, or Qlikview
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Demonstrated experience leading and managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering on time and within budget project deliverables
Demonstrated experience with process documentation and re-engineering
Desired Qualifications
MBA or other Advanced Degree
Working knowledge of ad-hoc query tools and data repositories that support data extraction and manipulation
Experience with Microsoft Access
Six Sigma certification
PMP certification
