Compliance Business Analyst Jobs description
A compliance business analyst directs, manages, and maintains overall compliance procedures to ensure that their companies operate in conformity with various rules and regulations. Compliance business analysts are responsible for measuring corporate compliance ratings and achieving a high overall compliance rate.Compliance business analysts are also expected to monitor regulatory and legislative changes within their organizations as well as translate compliance business requirements into functional specifications. Additionally, compliance business analysts manage the rollout of compliance projects within deadlines, facilitate training sessions on compliance related topics within company staff, and ensure that changes and modifications made are compliant with all regulations and laws.
A job seeker with a bachelor’s degree in finance, logistics, or a related field and prior experience related to compliance procedures and rules can apply for a compliance business analyst job. Effective oral and written communication, project management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills are also important.
