Business Analysis Leader Jobs description

A business analysis leader generally advises company clients on business improvement, business reengineering, customer retention, overall operations, and strategic management. The typical duties of a business analysis leader include working closely with clients to evaluate their project performance expectations; ensuring value addition to clients’ businesses and responding to requests for proposals. The duties of the business analysis leader also include supporting the analysis, planning, and evaluation of all projects, and providing product lifecycle management and collaborative demand forecasting. The business analysis leader’s role is very challenging as it requires business analyst consultants under his team to perform opportunity assessments and business case analyses while assisting on compliance with various standards.

Business analysis leaders may need to have a 6 Sigma certification, in addition to knowledge of business process reengineering and requirements analysis. A qualification in total quality management (TQM) tools may also help.
