The Senior Business Systems Analysis Professional performs analysis of business, process and user needs, documentation of requirements, cost/benefit analysis and translation into proper system requirement specifications. The Senior Business Systems Analysis Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Responsibilities


Responsible for writing/contributing to Vision and Scopes/Major features/Requirements for both IT and Business projects
Coordination and completion of projects on time and within scope
Represent Dental Network organization in meetings with partners including Operations, IT and Finance
Oversee all aspects of projects including conception, documentation, budgeting and reporting

Discuss Dental Network related topics with stakeholders, business executives and technical staff in a simple straightforward manner
Work with technical and business leaders to identify risks, set goals, track progress, and drive to resolutions
Identifies opportunities for process improvements

Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of the project
Serve as an advocate for Dental Network projects during budgeting processes
Coordinates with other teams to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible


Required Qualifications


Bachelor's degree
5 or more years of technical experience
Working knowledge of ad-hoc query tools and data repositories that support data extraction and manipulation
Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle
Experience in problem analysis and process
Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Visio
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences


Preferred Qualifications


MBA or other Advanced Degree
Six Sigma certification
PMP certification
Demonstrated experience with process documentation and re-engineering
