Job Details:
SUMMARY The Sales Operations Analyst serves as a subject matter expert relative to mapping data for various Master Data, Sales & Trade related components. Supports issue resolution through research and manual adjustments related to pricing, allowances, surcharges, and brokerage. S upports the overall design development and communication surrounding integration of businesses, existing or acquisitions relative to trade investment and Customer and Broker impacts as a voice of the Commercial Organization. D evelops and maintains accurate ad-hoc and routine reporting. Strong communication skills and candor are required to ensure that issues and observations with potential solutions are brought to the Manager’s attention and ultimately to resolution.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Leads cross functional process to manage, update, and communicate accurate master data status across enterprise; independently acts when changes arise with new or existing items·
Owns system support email boxes relating to pricing by acting as needed, or communicating master data changes and updates
Acts as the subject matter expert to drive organizational understanding and field inquiries from the Sales Organization
Researches master data relating issues on orders and provides direction to cross functional partners regarding resolution by being main point of contact for the Sales Organization
Owns the process of collecting brand activation details from Marketing groups and updates trade planning system with relevant details
Coordinates with cross functional teams on acquisitions and divestitures to load master data in SAP for new items and changes to exiting items
Assist with the management of pricing report to troubleshoot orders with missing/inaccurate pricing daily
REQUIREMENTS
Education: BA Preferred
Experience: 1-3 years CPG experience grounded in data assembly and data mapping
Computer Skills: Advanced MS Office Skills, SAP, AtScale, Analysis for Excel (AFE), Trade Applications
Skills: Intermediate analytical skills, solid communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong internal partnerships-collaboration.
Special Skills: Strong problem solving and organizational skills. Intermediate accounting principles helpful.
Supervisory: NA
Travel: 2-4 trips annually generally between Chicago & NWA.
