Description

The Sr. Experience Strategy & Transformation Professional enhances the consumer experience by architecting experiences and building requirements that will positively impact our consumers. The Sr. Experience Strategy & Transformation Professional work assignments will be varied and require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action. This role bridges the gap between defining and ensuring complete clarification of the stakeholder needs and objectives and the ability to transform the requests into draft requirements including the technical aspects. The ideal candidate needs to be passionate about driving results, effective at communication, comfortable overcoming obstacles, planning for contingencies along the way and using metrics and milestone-oriented approaches. Responsibilities

The Sr. Experience Strategy & Transformation Professional drives collaboration and translates business needs into requirements for an unconventional healthcare consumer experience that will drive the future vision of the company's core businesses as it relates to the IBM Watson AI Platform(s). This role understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. The ideal candidate can make decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. The Sr. Experience Strategy & Transformation Professional follows established guidelines/procedures, is knowledgeable in software delivery, and has experience in business analyst job functionalities, including, but not limited to:


Working with internal teams to understand product documentation requirements
Creating strong content that fulfills company standards and audience goals
Writing straight-forward user tutorials and interface text
Utilizing a variety of media forms; include images and charts
Analyzing current content and make improvements as necessary
Technical Writer of Requirements and Qualifications


Required Qualifications


Bachelor's degree, OR equivalent experience
Minimum of 3 years business analyst experience, including communicating written business requirements
Experience in technical writing of software documentation Experience in software delivery
Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including but not limited to presentation skills to leadership, organizing/leading meetings, and communicating to stakeholders and business partners
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
Detail oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills
Critical thinker who can anticipate team needs and take initiative to present ideas, ask the right questions and deliver the highest quality work
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with concurrent deadlines
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experience


Preferred Qualifications


Master's Degree
PMP and/or LEAN certification
Power BI and dashboard creation
Experience with IBM Watson
Experience with AI / IVA
Member/Consumer Experience design experience
Strategic Provider Communication experience

Remote/Work at Home Requirements
