Job Title: Business Systems Analyst, Services

This role partners with one or more functions in the organization to lead and coordinate the delivery, and adoption of new business processes/systems as well as continuous improvements in the existing applications. In this strategic role, you will work on Salesforce CRM by gathering requirements, evaluating solutions, designing new processes, and coordinating the development and deployment of new capabilities with internal and external resources and stakeholders. You will also be responsible for creating proof of concepts to help business partners better understand various capabilities.
Responsibilities:
Document business requirements, provide solution design, create Roadmaps, and develop an in-depth understanding of the current and future processes
Evaluate business requirements to identify gaps, and interdependencies and reconcile conflicts with proposed solutions
Look for ways to continuously improve processes & procedures
Work independently but closely with our business partners and internal team
Lead cross-functional project implementation teams, develop a project plan, establish communication cadence, and proactively tackle issues as they arise
Anticipate, influence, coordinate, and manage all resources necessary to ensure that assigned projects are successfully implemented as per the plan and on schedule
Work with business stakeholders and project teams to identify root causes of production issues and propose/configure solutions.
Manage case queue to provide prompt support to end-users to resolve issues and address questions.
Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with respective teams to resolve operational issues and challenges
Serving as a functional expert in assigned areas of responsibility
Assist team in prioritization of bug fixes and continuous improvement requests as part of run-rate activities supporting business operations.
Facilitate backlog prioritization sessions, working closely with business stakeholders to manage the backlog of requests
Qualifications:
BE, BS, or MBA
degree
6 years of relevant experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
Experience in participating and leading project teams that identify, plan, and implement business process improvements
Excellent spoken and written communication as well as receptive listening skills. Able to connect the dots and conceptualize problems statements and solutions at a strategic level
Knowledge of Salesforce Service cloud is a must
Proven work experience (2-3 y) in the Services domain with a focus on Service Cloud
Expertise in Salesforce Lightning is a plus
Administering Salesforce based cloud application solutions
Exposure to any project management tool - Jira
Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced, structured environment, showing initiative as both an independent and team contributor
