Jira Business Analyst
We are looking for a Jira-focused, business-oriented Business Analyst with strong Jira Products (Jira, Service Desk, Confluence) skills.
Candidates must be very familiar with Jira and Atlassian products as well as flexible, fast and detail oriented.
Candidates will work with business clients on project intake helping define requirements and specifications for Jira solutions.
Must have excellent MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio skills.
Must have excelent skills and experience in writing Business Requirements Document (BRD), User Stories, Use Cases, Process Flows, and Specifications.
Requirements:
• 4 years Business Analyst experience required.
• 1 years Jira experience required.
• 1 years Confluence experience is a bonus.
• Jira Developer or Admin is a big bonus.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Outlook) and MS Project.
• Customer and Client focused.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Patient, flexible, organized.
• Able to logically tackle and solve complex issues, using good analytical skills.
• Able to work independently with little direction and supervision.
• Detail oriented, organized and able to manage multiple activities and responsibilities.
