What the day will look like:You will work closely with various cross functional groups to provide a clear, complete analysis that support sales efforts, resulting in revenue win for the company. This role will include:Internal Client Data Governance – Work with Growth Ops in understanding how client data should be utilized.Assist with whitespace/penetration and buying analytics.Global product analysis Comprehension of data hierarchy across different SLsCapable at looking at all data sources, mining, and researchingProblem solve at source system and business levels. Skills and experience that will lead to successExpertise in building complex data sets, data visualizations, and delivering key insights from reportsResearch and analytics; Web search to better understand client dynamics, current market trendsUnderstanding of Line of Business and Departamentt mapping current state and future changesConsultative and business mindset approach to projects with CFOs, CEOs, Finance and Sr. Leadership. Utilization of our data landscape to build relationship models for next-gen reporting.P&L knowledge, Aon United trees and being able to reconcileSoftware: Access, Excel, SQL, PowerBI, understanding of various dashboardsAbility to speak to growth, caveats, trends from reporting back to leadershipAdjustable to different working hours, if needed.Cross analyze billing/invoice data to revenue. Understand revenue from opportunity summary to cost center.Problem solve at source system and business levels.
