Description
BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST
Business Systems Analyst position with Capital One Services, LLC in Richmond, VA; Multiple positions available:
- Analyze, design, test, integrate, implement and support business systems and applications.
- Study and analyze business processes and communicate with developers regarding the requirements and their purposes.
- Analyze system requirements and existing software systems and the impact and compatibility of new application by gathering and documenting user requirements and facilitating user acceptance testing.
- Prepare technical and functional specifications and develop, document and revise business system design procedures, test procedures, and quality standards.
- Communicate strategies and processes regarding system architecture to cross functional groups and management to expand or modify system to serve new purposes.
- Test, maintain, and monitor computer programs and systems, including coordinating the installation of computer programs and systems utilizing SDLC, Agile, HP Quality Center, and data mapping.
Qualifications
This position requires a Bachelor-s or higher degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related technical field and 2 years of business systems analysis experience. Must have the following skills through formal education or work experience: Gathering and documenting user requirements; facilitating user acceptance testing; SDLC; Agile; HP Quality Center; data mapping.
Must pass company-s analytical assessment.
