Position: Do you live and breathe customer experience? Do you search for data driven insights to improve customer experience? Are you comfortable translating customer analytics into actionable insights and sharing findings with leaders across the business? We are seeking an analytical-minded individual to lead our market research program. This individual will be responsible for leading survey development as related to customer satisfaction and transactional satisfaction, data collection and standardization, reporting and dashboard building for analysis, identifying insights and sharing findings, and supporting data driven process improvements. Accountabilities:u2022 Lead our market research program, responding to customer experience inquiries from across the business and sharing reporting insights u2022 Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting and dashboard requirements for customer satisfaction surveys and customer transaction surveys to be shared with leaders across the business u2022 Analyze customer survey data to identify insights using data visualization tools (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Excel, and Tableau) and communicate results with the team.u2022 Establish practices for standardizing and maintenance of internal data warehouses (survey data mart, Salesforce)u2022 Support process improvements, business cases, and deep dive analysis to make recommendations that are supported by data analytics u2022 Engage with partner organizations to develop survey questions and execute market research plans Skills, Capabilities and Experience: The successful candidate holds a minimum of the below qualifications:u2022 An undergraduate degree in Commerce, Computer Science, Science, Statistics, or a similar discipline u2022 A minimum of 3 years' relevant experienceu2022 Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools. You must be skilled in in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint and have strong analytical abilities.u2022 Ability to make data driven decisions while deriving insights from analytics datasetsu2022 Experience using Tableau to develop dashboards is considered an assetu2022 Exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate and collaborate with cross functional teams u2022 Excellent attention to detail and organization skillsu2022 Experience using query programs is considered an asset (SQL, DB2)u2022 Knowledge of the utility industry sector is also considered an asset.
