As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for Development and Delivery of new features, Rules, Workflows, Tasks and functionality for Enterprise Identity and Access Management team primarily focused on SailPoint IIQ platform, but also extends to Active Directory, SSO, MFA and PKI systems and services. The role also involves responsibilities of monitoring system performance, potential identity violations and audit compliance issues. Would need to have strong SQL development skills to integrate and query custom integration solutions to Oracle and SQL systems. What You’ll Do Support Engineering, Configuring, Implement IAM solutions and services with source code management Develop custom JDBC, RestFul, SOAP connectors for integration with SailPoint IIQ Resolve bugs through strong programming, critical problem solving, database query skills Maintain and Manage IIQ Services Standard Build code base Implement, maintain, manage and troubleshoot birthright provisioning and access certifications. Provide thorough, detailed investigations using various support platforms (email, chat, phone) to develop case details, analyze evidence, and present recommendations for internal actions to key stakeholders Use css and js based front end customization skills to customize interfaces and build custom interfaces. Maintain excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism while delivering best in class customer service Employ critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to navigate high severity incidents Must Haves: IdentityIQ Sailpoint Experience UAT User Acceptance Testing Experieance Nice To Haves: 5 years similar domain experience Certification in IIQ, Sailpoint, OIM or similar Additional Notes: This position is remote until *** returns to the office (est.
