Your Mission:
We are seeking an accomplished
Business Intelligence Analyst
to apply data analytics tools over various projects to help improve data driven decision making. The candidate will have appropriate skills with data capture and retrieval tools and processes as well as data automation. The candidate will possess skills in maintaining database tables, support tools, visualizations and a willingness to learn new processes, tools, and technologies to support future growth.
About You and The Role:
Aid various teams in drawing insight from **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. data and focus on business facing analytics, predictive modeling, forecasting, and building models
Create interactive dashboards, visualizations, and business tools for use across the organization and develop reports and analysis templates using Jupyter notebooks and Tableau Use Python Coding for reports, dashboards, and visualizations and use Python, Pandas, and Numpy to help stakeholders improve their performance, and to design algorithms Design and maintain dimensional data models in support of BI needs and create ETL pipelines to populate these models
Participate in strategic and tactical planning discussions and interface with business customers
Align and influence work to achieve goals across multiple stakeholder group

Your Skills:
B.S. degree in math, statistics, computer science, or equivalent technical field
3 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, and/or data science
3 years of experience writing complex and optimized SQL queries;
3 years of experience solving problems programmatically and using Python and/or other languages to transform and integrate data from SQL databases, APIs, unstructured and big data sources
3 years of experience using Tableau or other visualization platforms to create inviting, intuitive, insightful, and interactive dashboards
Knowledge of ETL and data warehouse concepts and processes
Ability to assess quality of data and to document caveats and assumptions
Solid oral and written communication skills, and comfortable presenting to everyone from entry-level employees to executive level
Excellent relationship-building skills to identify stakeholder needs, foster trust, challenge assumptions, and make recommendations
Be resourceful enough to work and seek out solutions independently
Eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
