We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Business Systems Analyst with Veeva Vault Clinical
expertise to join our team.
As a Clinical Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing clinical trial processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our Veeva Vault Clinical implementation meets business requirements and delivers maximum value. In addition to Vault Clinical, this role will also provide configuration support for our Vault Quality system.
Location: Ideally located in the RDU area with willingness to work a few days from office (Hybrid / flexibility offered)
Travel: No major travel required
Ideal Experience: Previous Veeva (Clinical) expertise is required (implementation, administration, and support); CRO experience preferred.
The CTL/ Sr. CTL will be responsible for the following tasks:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand clinical trial requirements and translate them into technical specifications to configure in Veeva Vault
Conduct gap analysis to identify areas where Veeva Vault Clinical can improve clinical trial processes
Act as a subject matter expert on Veeva Vault Clinical, providing guidance and recommendations on best practices and optimization opportunities
Analyze Veeva mandatory releases to identify areas of improvement and present to Business team for adoption
Work with other Veeva Vaults administrators and Veeva Managed services to configure the Veeva Vault systems according to the business needs.
Work with testing team to develop test plans, scenarios, and scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of Veeva Vault Clinical.
Provide training and support to end-users on Veeva Vault Clinical functionality and features
Participate in cross-functional meetings to ensure that Veeva Vault Clinical is integrated and aligned with other clinical systems and processes
Other responsibilities as required
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, or related field
5 years of experience in clinical business analysis, with a focus on Veeva Vault Clinical
Veeva Vault Administration Certification required
Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and Veeva Vault Clinical functionality and features
Experience with Veeva Vault Clinical administration, including user management, security settings, and workflows
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
