THE TEAM
Sales Operations is the heartbeat of Zuora’s tier one Field Sales team. With an innovative operational infrastructure and enablement cadence, we empower our front line sales team to systematically sell better, faster, and more efficiently as they partner internally and externally with our customers, prospects and ecosystem partners. So, it's no surprise we strive for operational excellence in all that we do.
YOUR MISSION
Our Sales Operations team is the heartbeat of our tier one Go-to-Market engine. We are looking for a highly analytical, data-driven, and well-rounded individual who can drive operational excellence.
THE OPPORTUNITY
You will have the opportunity to be a strategic partner to the sales management team helping to drive efficiency and deliver a high value partnership. This is a fulfilling role that requires strong leadership and priority management and will allow you to have a direct impact on the business.
WHAT YOU’LL ACHIEVE
Create operational efficiencies through process automation and optimization to help drive growth and scalability
Contribute in operational efforts to provide data and reporting that will provide sales managers with insights to run their teams effectively
Drive operational cadence across the sales organization
Leverage tools and systems to analyze data and provide actionable insights
Maintain clean system data in order to provide the most accurate reporting
Build and maintain cross functional relationships with supporting sales functions
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
6-8 years of experience in sales strategy, sales operations, business analyst, or financial analyst roles
Salesforce experience
(Lightning experience required)
Clari and/or Domo experience is a plus
Data management (the ability to take a large amount of information, put it into Excel and manipulate it using basic formulas)
Ability to work in a dynamic setting while maintaining accuracy and delivering against deadlines
Self-starter mentality with an ability to own tasks through to completion
Strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
