Investment Operations Business Analyst II

Aon is looking for an Investment Operations, Business Analyst II Responsibilities: Support onboarding of new investments to ensure operational readiness to initiate cash flows and related transactionsAccurately complete and review subscription and participation agreement documentation for client investments including but not limited to alternative investment funds, including private equity, private credit, and real estate managers Working with Aon Legal and related parties in the review and signing of investment manager contractingKeeping contracting and document completion on schedule and meeting target datesPrepare client ready documents as necessaryGather and maintain key information and documentation for each client to support investment onboardingWorking with Consultant and related parties to get documentation completed and signed by the client, as necessaryEnsure all documentation is properly filed and logged internallyTake lead on status update calls related to investments you are onboardingCoordinate with Transition team on asset movementWork with Portfolio Manager in relation to investment contracting and setupTrack status of transition milestones to ensure coordinated completionCreate, maintain and disseminate information to client teamAssist or take lead on internal projectsAssist with onboarding and training new staff as appropriateAssist with the development and documentation of enhanced onboarding processes and procedures Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree, with a preferred concentration in finance, accounting, business, or economics 4 years of professional experience working in an operationally driven environmentFinancial industry experience is strongly preferredKnowledge of hedge funds, private equity, real estate, and/or infrastructure is preferredA high attention to detail, including solid proofreading skills, is criticalOutstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with peers and managementAbility to multi-task, meet competing deadlines, and balance prioritiesProactive approach with the ability to exercise discretion and judgmentDesire to work in fast paced rapidly growing departmentAbility to work independently or with a teamExcellent sense of ownership, urgency and driveOutstanding organizational skillsExcel proficiencyProject management experience a plusCross team project management experience a plus We offer you A competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.  Our Colleague Experience: From helping clients gain access to capital after natural disasters, to creating access to health care and retirement for millions, Aon colleagues empower results for our clients, communities, and each other every day.  They make a difference, work with the best, own their potential, and value one another.  This is the Aon Colleague Experience, defining what it means to work at Aon and realizing our vision of empowering human and economic possibility.
