Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst Technical Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in both business analysis and technical writing, with a proven track record of creating technical documentation that meets the needs of our customers and stakeholders. As a Business Analyst Technical Writer, you will be responsible for producing high-quality technical documentation that supports our business analysis efforts and helps our customers understand and use our products.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical documentation.
Create technical documentation, including user manuals, system specifications, use cases, process flows, and other technical materials.
Ensure technical documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to all stakeholders.
Edit, proofread, and revise documentation to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the product or system being documented, and be able to explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure documentation meets business and technical needs and deadlines.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and standards, and continuously improve documentation processes and best practices.
Assist in the development and maintenance of business analysis artifacts, including functional requirements, business process flows, and user stories.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 60,300
Maximum: 130,000
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business analysis, technical writing, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
Proficiency in documentation tools such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and Confluence.
Knowledge of content management systems, version control, and other documentation tools and technologies.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies is a plus
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
3 years of experience in business analysis and technical writing, preferably in the software or hardware industry.
Education
Bachelor's degree in business analysis, technical writing, or a related field.
