\u003cli\u003eThe ITSM Business Analyst is responsible for researching and analyzing IT functions and system requirements for process workflow design and technical documentation.\u0026nbsp;\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eDefine and document, working in conjunction with other IT teams, IT-related processes, procedures, and standards.\u0026nbsp;\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eHelp define the necessary documentation for the IT Infrastructure controls, working with Information Governance (IG), the ITSM team and IT Infrastructure team members.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eGuide the efforts of the IT Infrastructure team to identify and gather evidence needed to demonstrate compliance with the IT Infrastructure controls.\u0026nbsp;\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eDevelop a reminder system to prepare for the scheduled reviews of control-related documentation and evidence.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003ePlay a key role in the development and maintenance of the Firm\u0026rsquo;s Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans by activities such as (but not limited to):

\u003cli\u003eCreating and maintaining all assigned documentation-related deliverables associated with these plans.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eAssisting with facilitation of ongoing Business Impact Analysis sessions and provide analysis of the results to leadership.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eCreating presentations to IT and/or business leaders.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003c/ul\u003e
\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eIdentify requirements and develop reports to facilitate management of the Change Management process, such as a reporting mechanism to easily track change request status, focused on ensuring change requests are proceeding through the process.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eBuild a repository to assist with the process of responding to client requests for technical information.\u0026nbsp;\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eCreate email communications to be sent to firm personnel, ensuring technical information is consumable by non-technical personnel.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eAssist with project management for projects related to IT.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eCreate presentations for people of various levels in the firm \u0026ndash; business and IT.\u0026nbsp;\u003c/li\u003e
