Title: Business Analyst-Project Coordinator

Duration through 7/31/2024

Location: Albany-HYBRID, candidate should be local to the area as there will be Onsite requirements.

Minimal local travel may be required

Job Duties:

Support meetings and activities of the larger aging council and stakeholder committees

Provide meeting logistics support for council, stakeholder and Town Hall meetings, including researching/identifying potential meeting locations, identifying and procuring support for required accommodations (ASL interpreters, for example)

Be proactive in identifying risks and present to the team for discussion

Support project manager in updating/maintaining project management documentation

Take meeting notes in detail

Daily stand up meetings

Drafting project documentation including PPT

Meeting logistics and RSVP tracking (attendance)

Meeting notes

Project plan support and update

Subject matter research

Issue tracking, classification, and prioritization

May include some PT travel within NYS.

Job Qualifications:

A minimum of a bachelor's degree with at least 1-2 years of BA or PM experience in healthcare or aging. An equivalent combination of advanced education, training, and experience will be considered.

A minimum of 2 years' experience.

Required Skills:

Business Analysis or Project Management experience in consulting and/or healthcare

Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional team

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience working with strategic planning and developing project plans and roadmaps

Preferred Skills/Credentials:

Experience in healthcare industry and knowledge in various healthcare domains.

Experience in public relations, communications, and working with the general public.
