Comprising senior M&A and tax lawyers, senior corporate development and investment banking executives, experienced risk and insurance analysts, health and benefits professionals, and cybersecurity and intellectual property professionals, we bring a depth of knowledge and passion for developing tailored solutions to complex deal risks that is unparalleled in this industry.Your Impact As a Business and Strategy Analyst Intern:Job Responsibilities:We work with our clients to understand their M&A objectives, address their challenges, develop a deep understanding of market conditions and issues, uncover potential issues and areas of opportunity in a transaction and create strategies to advise and execute solutions to improve deal outcomes. We advise hundreds of Private Equity and Corporate clients globally in thousands of transactions per year and are a primary contributor to the overall growth of the firm. Analyst Interns will work directly with business leadership to research, design, develop and implement business and growth strategies for the group. They will be exposed to a variety of activities common to business leadership ranging from managing day-to-day business issues to long-term strategic growth initiatives as well as some exposure to clients. An Analyst Intern will be directly involved in projects that will likely include the following:Performing data analysis and modelingCompiling, reviewing and drawing inferences from business data Developing client-ready materials (PowerPoint, Excel, and Access)Developing internal presentations for senior management regarding business results and investment needsParticipating in client events or pitches Designing strategies to implement strategic growth initiatives Additionally, each Intern will be tasked with selecting, prioritizing, and completing a long term capstone project, and will have the opportunity to present their findings and recommendations directly to senior management.You Bring Knowledge and ExpertiseSuggested Experience:Previous internship(s) experience preferredStrong analytical abilities and a track record of academic successAbility to think critically and creatively problem solve open-ended projects Willingness to learn and solve complex problemsAbility to perform well under pressure, on multiple workstreams, and with tight deadlinesRegularly finds opportunities to take on additional responsibility and to work more efficientlyStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish relationships with clients and team membersEducation:Rising Senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree with a strong interest in working in Finance, Business Management or Consulting following graduation Applicants for this role should graduate between December 2023 – June 2025 and have a GPA of 3.0 or above. Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required for U.S. office locations.
