\u003cp\u003eThe Business Hyperautomation Lead will pave the way to cultivate and evangelize an innovative business automation program at NAES Corporation. The successful candidate will leverage his/her process-driven, analytical, technical, and financial management skills to create and maintain automation (routines/programs/bots) solutions. Solutions will include defining, designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining automations/robots, in a rapid, iterative project delivery environment. This role is responsible for understanding NAES Corporation\u0026rsquo;s business strategy and goals in terms of business process automation. Additionally, BHA Lead is expected to stay abreast of Hyperautomation trends in partnership with the IT Architecture and Innovation team while iteratively defining the business automation strategy for NAES Corporation.\u003c/p\u003e
